  5. The reason the time went from five-to-ten minutes to 12 seconds is because the virus's incubation period got shorter with each iteration.

The base infection occurred well before the city scene.

If you're willing to look into the minutia of jet travel, you should at least know enough basic biology to get that the time would change.

  6. Come to think of it, that might explain why there was no visible reason for the vaccinologist to get infected at that exact time; he fucked up earlier.

Movie still doesn't make any sense.

  7. The moving security camera thing was exactly what I was thinking during the movie.
Also, the drinking of the Pepsi actually didn't bother me more than the fact that all the can's labels in the machine are pointed directly at the camera perfectly.

  8. Thank You! This is the best possible film you could have chosen to do. This film is full of horrendous CGI and bland characters and ridiculous plot points. I can;t understand why people think this is a great film.

  12. Wow this review summed up my thoughts exactly bland zombie movie number 9000 seriously return of the living dead was better than this shite great review adam and how can I become a Patreon also a more relevant question concerning this movie is how long before you couldn't watch it anymore me and my friend turned it off at the zombies following the plane takeoff over the wall part and were like wow enough of this shot allready I feel sorry for those who paid to see it in theatres more like world war zzz

  13. Wow. Seeing the scene with the Virologist just underscores how badly written this movie was. I mean just look at a movie like Outbreak. The virus in that wasn't nearly as contagious or as deadly as a zombie virus, and yet they spent any amount of time working on it in full fucking suits with oxygen. But no, herp derp I'm just gonna wear gloves and eye wear because I'm a perfeshionalll

  14. That Mentos commercial at the end was freaking spot on man! I was rolling; I just watched this movie only a week ago or so, and you hit the nail on the head, I was thinking many of these things too while watching it, I'm glad I didn't see it in the theater. It was such garbage how the heck did it sell so well. Can we literally just throw Brad into anything and make money off it?

  15. You are what Zlavoj Zizek would call a intelligent idiot. You are stressing the only valiable perspective you now. Objectivitiy with the IQ of your body temprature (Celsius not Fahrenheit). The only accidentially intelligent line of yours was, "who are now the chosen people". That´s it! People are getting sick on intention to be able to live. So who´s the sick now? The zombies or the people? Who´s side are you on? On the 99% (who else is saying we are the 99%? Think!).They are the wast majority now, so who´s the anomaly here? Am I saying we should all become Zombies to live a happy live? Is that what this movie is telling us? You will never now because of that 100% objective perspective of yours. Start to explore the idiosyncrasies of movies. Than you can really lerarn to see! Otherwise you will be confused for the rest of your life.

  16. M8, it was loosely based on a fiction book that served as an addition to a zombie survival guide. The writing in both was hackneyed and, outside of a few stories in the book, was cliched and explored nothing new. I'm sorry your film degree has earned you fuck all, but you can either wallow in your worthless degree as I did for a time, or actually make something of yourself.
Zizek is a navel gazer who is far too entrenched in politic narratives to be the philosopher he envisions himself to be

  17. What's pretty funny is that on the special features for the movie, there is a making of featurette which is just the director talking about how much he he wanted to work with Brad Pitt and how great it was working with Brad Pitt. It was the equivalent of Roel Reine gushing about Luke Goss when he made Death Race 2 & Inferno

  18. Anyway to remove the facebook/twitter/google pop ups when in full screen? I am fine with wanting to follow you, but those are annoying in full screen.

  19. Wait... is Joseph Kosinski a common name...? because otherwise the director Of Oblivion & Tron Legacy just funded your reviews

  20. Highlight of 2014 is definitely watching you try to pull out your own tooth to show how stupid it is.

  21. The book is overrated dreck much like this movie. Its come to the point that I can go 1 to 2 decades without seeing a zombie movie, tv show or play a zombie video game. Zombies are so overused and clichéd now. Dear Hollywood flimakers, writers and video game developers. Stop feeding us this tried, formulaic, stale and recycled horse shit! Try doing something new and different. Seriously, there is not a lot creativity or options with many modern movies and video games today.

  22. Why did you not notice Peter Calpaldi (A.K.A. The 12th Doctor from Doctor Who A.K.A. one of the best si-fi TV shows ever)?
